bbd11 Platform Rules

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbd11 ("bbd11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gambling and sports betting services accessible at https://bbd11.cam and its associated subdomains.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through bbd11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bbd11 is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. Our services are directed at adult players — aged 21 years and above — located in permitted jurisdictions. This Platform is intended primarily for use by players based in Malaysia. If you are accessing bbd11 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and bbd11 accepts no liability in those circumstances.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Account" — The personal account opened by a registered user on the bbd11 Platform, used to place bets, manage funds, and access all platform services.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Player's bbd11 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonuses, less any pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account as part of a bbd11 promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity and age verification process that bbd11 requires all Players to complete, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gambling standards.
• "Platform" — The bbd11 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which gambling services are delivered to Players.
• "Real Money Funds" — Funds deposited by the Player using a verified payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires MYR 1,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal.
• "Verification Documents" — Identity documents (government-issued ID, passport, or MyKad) and proof of address or payment method that bbd11 may request from Players as part of KYC procedures.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bbd11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bbd11 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are acting on your own behalf.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Players based in Malaysia who meet all other eligibility criteria are welcome to register.
• You do not hold any existing account on the bbd11 Platform. Only one account per player is permitted.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed, or banned by bbd11 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme applicable to bbd11 or its affiliated operators.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Verification

To access bbd11's services, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address, full legal name, date of birth, and Malaysian residential address. bbd11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to notify bbd11 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. bbd11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from failure to maintain credential security.

• All account information must accurately reflect your true identity. Pseudonyms, aliases, and fictitious details are not permitted.
• Players must promptly update their account details if any information changes, including residential address or contact email.
• bbd11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including MyKad, passport, or government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as notified by bbd11 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits & Payment Methods

bbd11 accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 or the equivalent in cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate at time of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from family members, friends, or agents — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically credited to your bbd11 account within 30 seconds.
• bbd11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bbd11 accepts no responsibility.
• bbd11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit transaction that triggers risk or AML screening criteria.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds from their bbd11 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and standard AML checks.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your bbd11 account and is registered in your own name.
• E-wallet withdrawals (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Direct bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• bbd11 may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, consistent with our AML obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

bbd11 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unfulfilled bonuses will expire and be removed from the account balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• bbd11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress by Players.
• Mix Parlay bets, certain slot games, and live dealer games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Players found to be abusing promotional terms — including through coordinated group play, arbitrage strategies, or opening multiple accounts — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed for suspension.
• A crypto deposit bonus of up to MYR 688 (2% on qualifying crypto deposits) is subject to a minimum deposit of MYR 30 equivalent and the wagering requirements as specified in the current promotion terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bbd11 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. These general provisions apply across all bbd11 betting products.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bbd11 does not permit the cancellation or modification of bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• bbd11 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has concluded, or where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake.
• For football markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other competitions available on the Platform — match results are determined by the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes), unless otherwise specified for the relevant market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at bbd11's discretion. bbd11 may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during delays, stoppages, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the Platform. bbd11 may adjust individual account limits at its discretion, including following patterns of bet placement that are inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the decision of bbd11's trading team shall be final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbd11 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account where you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating or encouraging a person under 21 to gamble on bbd11.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the name, address, email, or payment method of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using bbd11 as a mechanism to launder, transfer, or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity. bbd11 will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through collusive play, use of multiple accounts, systematically placing low-risk offsetting bets, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your bbd11 account.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived through such exploitation will be voided.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.

Account Suspension & Closure

bbd11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusive behaviour.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or a third party acting on their behalf.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other lawful authority requiring bbd11 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bbd11 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player that are not subject to dispute will be returned through the original deposit method following completion of any investigation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bbd11 support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are not reversible within the exclusion period chosen by the Player. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbd11 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to service.

• bbd11 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
• bbd11's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in your bbd11 account at the time the claim arises.
• bbd11 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that may affect your ability to access the Platform or place bets.
• Players who continue betting during a known technical error or system malfunction do so at their own risk. bbd11 reserves the right to void bets placed during any period of confirmed malfunction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bbd11 Platform — including but not limited to the bbd11 logo, brand name, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of bbd11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of bbd11 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bbd11 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including any dispute regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be referred to and resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Players based in Malaysia agree that any disputes shall be heard in the English language. For complaints or disputes not resolved through arbitration, bbd11 encourages Players to contact our support team in the first instance, as most account and bet-related matters can be resolved informally and promptly.

Amendments to These Terms

bbd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bbd11 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bbd11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
